My Story...
For as long as I can remember, my life has always revolved around the kitchen. Whether it was cooking, cleaning, or just helping my family to prepare food. My first memories of cooking go back to when I was 10 and I never stopped cooking since. I have wide-extensive experience with different types of food from the dispatch and preparation of live chickens in my mother’s garage, tasting squid ink from a sushi chef, to consuming snake and roasting bugs over an open fire. I love trying out different ethnic foods from around the world as well as learning from the different cooking style. My enduring passion is cooking. Running my own business and sharing new food creations with people has been an aspiration for many years. As I continue on this journey of turning an inspiration dream into a reality, I want to create a lasting legacy not for myself, but most importantly for my family. -Orn Luan
